Belmont Resources Inc. has granted a total of 750,000 stock options to directors, officers, and consultants of the Company, exercisable at 6 cents per share, for a three year term. The options are granted pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan, applicable regulatory policy, certain vesting provisions and subject to regulatory acceptance.
